The operators of OmegleNSFW do not produce, film, direct, or create any of the visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct that appear on this Site. As such, OmegleNSFW is not subject to the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

Third-Party Responsibility

All content is the sole responsibility of the third-party platforms from which it is embedded. These platforms are responsible for maintaining compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 record-keeping requirements, including:

Our Commitment
